Our private, out of network model allows us to provide care that comes home on your terms, not an insurance company's. No bureaucracy, no red tape, no hassles. We provide high quality one-on-one physical therapy with your goals at the center. With our convenient self-pay option, our clients sign a payment agreement for a set price for their evaluation and follow-up sessions. Our self-pay prices are below market value for physical therapy services. Flexible Spending Accounts can also be utilized to pay for our services through this payment option.
Health Insurance
We are out of network for all insurance policies. Our clients can choose to get their services paid for through their insurance. After their payments have been made, we provide them with an invoice that they can present to their insurance company for reimbursement.
Worker's Compensation or Insurance Claims
Our clients have the opportunity to choose us as their choice for treatment after an injury. This could be through a work related injury, motor vehicle injury or personal injury. We work with the client to determine the mode of payment that will be the most suitable for their care.
